In 1662 the Amsterdam cloth merchants' guild commissioned Rembrandt to paint their board of inspectors. The result is the finest group portrait in Dutch art: six men — five seated, one standing — interrupted mid-meeting, all looking directly at the viewer with an alert, almost confrontational intelligence. They are not posed. They are caught. Rembrandt makes you feel you have just walked into the room.

The painting

That collective gaze, that atmosphere of calm authority and sharp attention, wraps your iPhone in full-coverage, high-density 3D print. Deep browns, the white ruffs, the ledger on the table — every detail rendered with Rembrandt's late, loose mastery. A case for those who appreciate the art of paying attention.

Features
  • Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfibre cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).
Care

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners, which can dull the print over time.

Shipping and timing

Each case is printed to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU and UK, and 5–10 business days to the US.

We currently ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Returns

Since every case is printed specifically for your order, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Worth every penny

I bought this as a gift and honestly considered keeping it for myself. 'De Staalmeesters' looks incredible on the case, almost like a tiny framed painting. Shipping was faster than expected too.

Better than the photos

I've dropped my phone twice already and the case has held up perfectly. Bonus points for making my phone look like a piece of art rather than just another black case.

Absolutely stunning

Solid, well-made iPhone case. The finish feels premium, not like the flimsy prints you usually get. 'De Staalmeesters' by Rembrandt van Rijn is one of my favourite pieces so seeing it every day makes me happy.

Makes a good gift

A painting they already love, on the object they never put down. Not sure of their iPhone? Ask them what they've got, not which case they'd like.
