A shaft of light cuts across a dark room. At a table of tax collectors, a man looks up. A finger points at him. That man is Matthew, and in that instant his life changes forever. Caravaggio painted this scene for the Contarelli Chapel in Rome between 1599 and 1600, and it became one of the founding images of Baroque painting — the moment the sacred enters the profane without ceremony, just light and a gesture.

The painting

That charged, light-filled scene wraps your iPhone in full-coverage, high-density 3D print. The famous diagonal shaft, the startled faces, the darkness that makes the light mean something. A case for those who understand the power of a single gesture.

Features
  • Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfibre cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).
Care

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners, which can dull the print over time.

Shipping and timing

Each case is printed to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU and UK, and 5–10 business days to the US.

We currently ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Returns

Since every case is printed specifically for your order, we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Schoen und robust

Jeder spricht mich auf mein Handy an. 'The Calling of Saint Matthew' ist wunderschön wiedergegeben und die Hülle fühlt sich sehr langlebig an.

Una pasada de funda

Buen agarre, buena protección y el diseño no se pela como otras fundas que he tenido. 'The Calling of Saint Matthew' se ve incluso mejor en persona que en las fotos.

Worth every penny

Exactly what I was hoping for — a Samsung case that actually looks like the painting, not a washed-out reproduction. Buttons and ports all line up perfectly too.

Beautiful and sturdy

A conversation starter every time someone sees my phone. 'The Calling of Saint Matthew' is rendered beautifully and the case itself feels durable, not cheap plastic.

Parfait pour offrir

Je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'une coque de téléphone paraisse aussi spéciale. Le motif enveloppe bien les bords et n'a pas terni après plusieurs mois.

Better than the photos

Solid, well-made Samsung case. The finish feels premium, not like the flimsy prints you usually get. 'The Calling of Saint Matthew' by Caravaggio is one of my favourite pieces so seeing it every day makes me happy.

Ladne i solidne

Nie spodziewalam sie, ze etui na telefon moze wygladac tak wyjatkowo. Wzor ladnie owija krawedzie i nie sciera sie po miesiacach uzywania.

Makes a good gift

A painting they already love, on the object they never put down. Not sure of their iPhone? Ask them what they've got, not which case they'd like.
